Just wanted to throw this up incase anyone in the area hasn't heard of them. I just picked up a helicoil kit from them.
If you need some hardware for your metric bike they're almost guaranteed to have it. I used to drive around to True Value, Home Depot, ect, and come up empty handed half the time.
I'm just spreading the word to help you poor shmucks who cant seem to take a bike apart and put it back together without destroying something.. not that I would know what thats like.
+1 on this recommendation. They have always had what I have needed and relatively local to me as well
I just bought their stainless kit on eBay for my chronic Ford exhaust manifolds. Nice stuff, wish they had a website.

I've bought high quality hardware from Bolt Depot in Hingham, too. Local, fast and a website Bolt Depot - Nuts and Bolts, Screws and Fasteners online

Metric Screw and Tool has a print catalog you can pick up there. Old School. Pretty easy to get to off 128. I went there once to buy a M6x45 bolt and they had two different types.
They sell some assortments on eBay. Wanted some Stainless Steel Socket Head Cap Screws, which are nearly impossible to find, and they had several options.
