I'll be mounting my forks and need the torque specs for the triple bolts, if anyone has them that would be awesome as googling zx6r and torque is fucking useless.
thanks
What size are the bolts? Torque is generally dependent on the bolt size, thread pitch and the grade, but there are not too many metric fasteners that have the same size and thread pitch in two different grades, so often times you don't need to know the grade. That said, most of the time the grade is stamped on the head (either 8.8 or 10.9 unless it's an Allen head).
Try Googling zx600m1.pdf.
If that doesn't work, PM me and I'll try to email the file for the service manual (2003 and 2004).
'Til then, use 20 newton-meters or 14.5 foot-pounds for "Front Fork Clamp Bolts (Upper)."

Go fast. Have fun. Repeat.
M7x1 or M8x1 I'd guess by the torque spec.
Are those forks going racing?
