USCRA Tower Hill Climb 2022

So there is the Tower Hill Climb event on June 14 this year 2022 .

I have that 68 Triumph 750 now that would be a respectable bike to run .

So how do I get permitted to enter that event ?

You would have to ask Bob Coy or Doug donelan with uscra. It's usually much older bikes. He does allow some special bikes from the 60s and 70s In.

The 14th is an expo event on asphalt right at Weirs Beach. You could check with Bob or Doug, but I'm pretty sure it's by invitation only.
15th is the dirt hill climb at Gunstock

No race license though .

Charlie St. Clair approached us to put this on in 2018, it was his idea. He's the Head Honcho of the Rally and he knows what he's doing. Richard Chambers is great at whipping up enthusiasm with the spectators and there's a wide assortment of bikes participating, from Kawasaki and Suzuki 750 two stroke triples to 100-year-old Harleys to tank shift Indians. And the best part is that we bring it to them right down to the main drag at Weirs.

Go check it out. It's a unique chance to see/hear and feel historic bikes that might otherwise just be museum pieces. You don't have to follow a race, figure out who's winning, ets. Just marvel at the history of the sport while drinking beer.

I haven't checked it out yet, but I may make a trip up to check it out. At the very least we'll get to check out some cool RUNNING machines.

And we definitely won't miss the hill climbs at Gunstock this year!
