woodcraft front stand and speed triple

This is strange. I can't get the front stand to work with my 08 Speed Triple.

I figured it was user error but I just brought it to Seacoast when I went to pick up my bike and they weren't able to get it to work either.

We adjusted the stand, taking it down as far as it would go, but it just wants to push the bike backwards instead of up. I'm using a 19 mm pin.

Anyone have any issues with the same stand and bike?

Seacoast sport cycle? Weird... if they can't get it to work I dunno who can. Ya got it up on a rear stand first?

That bike is weird. I know kens was almost impossible to get up with out dragig the arm across the top/ front of the front hugger. He ended up just using the fork lift ends.
