I am thinking about buying a trailer in the spring for trackdays, etc., next year. On this site and others, I have found a lot of information/accounts of experience with everything from Harbor Freight to Tractor Supply, sportutilitytrailers.com to Kendon.
But I haven't been able to find out much on the Triton/Aluma style of trailers.

Anyone have any experience with these?

You will find that with trailers, you basically get what you pay for. Trailers of similar quality always seem to be priced very similarly. I just went through the same endeavor (looking for a bike trailer) and settled on a 7 x 10 landscaping trailer by Cross Country, which I got used for $1000 (I think a new one runs about $1400.)
The Triton trailer look awesome, and are likely a bit lighter due to their aluminum construction. Harbor Freight does make a $398 special, which people on this site have used without issue as well.
It really just depends on what you want, and how much you want to spend.
We got a Load Right for 1100 and its the shit...8x10 B-New.....Just make sure it has the Big Fat tires and not the skinny ones....they ride much better with the Fattys
Here is there site....... http://www.loadrite.com

I sure got what I paid for... a piece of crap. How can a fender just break right off at the mount in just one year? Harbor Freight trailers will simply get by, but I will not trust mine without checking it regularly.
Sorry, I have no exp with other trailers.
Thanks for the replies. I am considering the whole range of trailers, but having loaded up my car/trailer with a couple days of track stuff and towed it around, a lightweight aluminum trailer has a certain appeal.
Pigman, which Loadrite model did go with? Was it one of their motorcycle-specific models or a utility trailer?
Hey, that reminds me.
If you want one of those three rail jobbies, I have one you can have for the steep, one-time only price of absolutely nothing. It needs to have the tires blown up, and thats pretty much it. I was going to use it, and then I realized I needed a trailer for other purposes than just hauling a bike, so I bought the landscaping trailer.
Same deal applies to anyone else looking.
Thanks for the offer, Highsider. This is definitely something I am interested in. PM sent.
Ours is a Sled trailer with a Snow cap. They def make a good quality trailer, its tips up and is fully welded all around. Some of the others like Karavan are good but more of a bolt togelther so the quality is slightly less. I have had a few and this is the best one so far. Runs stable and srtaight with no wobbles or jumping at all..
