This is my 1st attempt painting motorcycle, won't be the last. It was a fun learning experience. Now I can't wait for my 1st daytrack for the year on Jul 20.
Spray paint: $22
Painter tape: $4
Time Spent: 4 days (most of the time was waiting for it to dry in-between coats)

Very good!
Nice work man
Not that I'll go on a track again (I did track days at Summit Point in W. Virginia many years ago), but what's it cost to get out there these days? Back around 1990, give or take, it was 250/day and you hadda wire your drain plug, brake line at the caliper, and remove or tape your headlight. I suck at going fast, but it was only a NighthawkS, I was consistently 7 and 8 seconds seconds a lap on a 1.5 mile track behind the fastest of the "civilians" that weren't regular racers.
On a bike, you have to know your limitations, no?
Sweet man! Get some higher rez shot up there man.
I like the multi-color job well done!
Now I have to get some video of you 4 sure!

Depends on where you go. Some places are still fetching 250 while others are a bit more reasonable in that respect.
Cant't speak for the other organizations but Boston Moto requires all lenses to be taped as well as the mirrors taped or removed. Defeat any lighting, if possible and wire or clamp the oil filter. A few other small details that get inspected during tech/ reg and that's about it.
BTW; I noticed your location said you were in VA. Just an FYI that BoMo will be at VIR in August. Consider it.
