    Anyone have SPIDI gloves?

I wanna try on a pair of large gauntlet gloves before ordering a pair, since they're non-returnable

Hey nothing wrong with small hands Dan...

but yes he does and yes I fit in them

If you're looking at the Penta's Jim, from what I have seen they fit about 0.5 smaller than held phantoms I have.

edit: for example I think my Held phantoms are an 8.5 and dennis' pentas are an 8... they both fit me. Not sure though this is from memory

    Re: Anyone have SPIDI gloves?

I have a set, they say CARBOsint on the gauntlet-I don't know if that's the model they are or what. They are XXL size 10, I also wear Held Phantom size 10 and they fit the same. The Spidis are pretty worn but you are welcome to try them on. I am at MM most thursdays, or I could bring them to the track. They were good gloves, about 2 years/25k mi use before the fingers started to wear through.

I don't think spidi's have enough chrome for you, look at some icons, or better yet polish some real medieval gauntlets.

dont be mad that you spent $300 on them & i found a better deal

and for those who missed Denno's enthusiastic response to these gloves on Newbury, post #2 might help you on how good they last when crash testing them.

    Re: Anyone have SPIDI gloves?

KneeDraggers.com - Sportbike Parts, Accessories, and Apparel has the Penta's for $181 and the Carbo Six for $148, both with free shipping !1 I got some Carbo Six's about a month ago and really like them and the fit. My review is posted on the kneedraggers site if you want all the gory details... I felt the fit was pretty accurate. Given I'd just purchased at Large A-Stars GP-Pro only to find they were more like a Medium in the real world, I thought the Spidi's fit like a race glove, a bit tight on the initial fit, then perfect fit after 1-2 days. The Penta's may fit a bit tighter, but another review on kneedraggers said the fit was accurate....

Bummer, not surprised at these prices. Apparently Spidi is changing their US Imported, so the previous importer has to blow out the stock. I know sport bike track gear is has a bunch in stock, they bought out a big chunk of the other importers overstock. But they are selling the Pentas for $220... Still a good deal, but not like either of these prices...
