Hi Guys,
I need to get my SIDI boot soles replaced. I ordered a set of replacement soles from Seacoast (they are an awesome dealer by the way) and I need to find a cobbler to install them. There is a guy in Nashua but he wanted 85 bucks which seemed to bit more than I expected. I heard of people on here getting it done for about 25-40 bucks I think.
Let me know if you know of someone and thanks ahead of time. I live in Nashua and work in Newton Ma. I will drive around for the right shop too. Please let me know your recommendations.
Nathan
Have you tried calling the SIDI USA distributor? The reason I ask is that Gaerne will re-sole your boots for you, so maybe other vendors do it as well.

These guys resoled my SIDI's last spring. they did a great job. bought the appropriately sized replacement soles and brought them and the boots to the shop. they had it done pretty quick and I dont remember it costing much, maybe ~$25

There used to be a thread on this at http://www.nestreetriders.com/forum/...le-Boot-Repair but it's been deleted for some reason.
It's out of your way, and I'm not sure on price, but this thread recommended United Shoe Repair in Concord. You might give them a call and see. I remember from the thread that multiple people had used them for replacing soles on Sidi boots, so they should be familiar.
This reminds me that I need to pick up some contact cement tonight. Heel is flapping around on one of my boots. Think that will work?
Does this mean I should bring my race boots to the track tomorrow???![]()
there's a decent cobbler in Newton itself, Pelham Shoe repair. Used it 3x. Good old knowledgeable guy works there.

I need to have this done with my A stars. Got a couple holes.
As for price. I can't imagine any business owner doing this for a nickle less than $75.

I used United Shoe Repair in Concord NH to resole my Sidi boots.
I purchased the soles from Sidi and had the cobbler put them on.
The quality was outstanding, looked like factory new and I am still wearing them.
This was about three years ago and I don't remember the cost.
