This is my roommate's car, and only for sale as he picked up an A4 Avant. This is one of the most solid 2.7T's you could ask for and is an absolute beast.
2000 A6 6 speed quattro, silver on black heated leather (non sport), 176K miles, needs front swaybar endlinks and front brakes, has an Eibach cup kit, factory wheels (sporting winter tires currently), MTM stage 1, K&N air filter (not really performance upgrade), new spark plugs, new valve cover gaskets, new ignition control modules, fresh oil change, factory HID's, yadda yadda.
There's a small dent in the top of the trunk from a pane of glass that fell from a 2nd story window. Otherwise typical wear and tear for a car it's age. I'd rate it a 7-8 out of 10 for condition, cosmetic and mechanical.
Basically when he bought it a couple years ago I told him I wanted first chance on it should it be for sale, it's very, very solid. I have my TDi now and sadly, no $ or means to pick it up, and wanted to post it here for someone who may appreciate this fast, comfy German car for what it is.
2nd Owner Car, has maintenance records up through 145k miles.

He may even consider partial trade for a starter bike...
Turbo's done?
I can attest to the strength and reliability of this engine/trans combo. I have a 2002 Allroad 6 speed with the 2.7T. Mine has 152k miles on it right now. As long as its maintained they run for a long time. Mine also has the APR chip in it, so it bring the horsepower to 320 from 250 and torque is up to 380...Its fast.
Oh, and I think the price is great too!!
