2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200XE
Cruise control, backlit controls, ready for heated grips, multiple rider modes, Dart windscreen and Triumph saddlebag.
Under 2000 miles.
Paid over $17,000 new.
———-
“Scrambler” with adventure bike chops, Ohlins suspension front and rear, more suspension travel than a KTM 1090 Super Adventure, not sure about the 1290 or whatever it is now.

Your park avenue leads to..
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
The fact that either of those barely makes use of mid-controls had me feeling like they missed the mark. I *NEED* something I can stretch my legs out on and neither of those can really be fitted with more forward controls.
Sick looking bikes, especially the Guzzi. But they need forward controls to really compete in that market.

For a Guzzi bagger, I like the looks of a California 1400 in white, like this

... at what looks like a reasonable price, compared with those on cycletrader
[edit] Update -- too late anyway, SALE PENDING at NPS, not surprising at that price.

And don't believe everything you think.

As much as I love the looks and suspension on the Scrambler, I love 160HP and a fairing more!
You should have zero trouble selling this bike on advrider. There simply just aren't enough people on this forum, and despite the name this forum always seemed to be more track focused than street or adventure focused.

I would love this and I bet Sylwia would love it too, but we have seven bikes in our garage already and no budget for more at this time.
I bet a lot of other people here would love it also... so I don't think it's that it's the WRONG the audience, just that the audience is limited in size compared to ADV rider.
I bet it'd go quick over there.

There was a guy actively trying to buy my Scrambler on advrider a week or two ago and another guy who wanted to trade me a Super Enduro and cash for it. I was tempted, but it looks like I’ll have some extra moto money in the not too distant future, so the Scram will stay and I’ll give her some stablemates.

Nice choice.
We had the Flying Fortress in the line up at Sturgis when KLP and I were demo guiding for them .
6th bike from the left with the red valve covers in the line up .
GLWS on the Scrambler sale .

Don't forget FB marketplace. Yes Facebook sucks, but the marketplace gets a lot of traffic, way more than CL.

I've had spotty luck with both. Nothing but strokers on FB with my truck. Lots of action on CL.

Good luck with the sale! Mine is having some motor issues but someone is going to be VERY happy with this.
Still looking for $14,500?
My friend test rode this bike at DirtDaze in NH over the summer. I came on my Ducati Scrambler and he came on his R1250GS. MotoVT had nice test rides - I chose the Tiger sport as I was looking for a daily commuter and am 5'7" - loved it. My two friends test drove the Scrambler XE. Both unanimously loved the Scrambler. My friend came back and started looking and immediately bought the Scrambler - he loves it. For someone who is coming from a new R1250GS that is a big compliment. Good luck with the sale - top notch components without the top notch price!

I love your XE! It's kinda tall for me. The XC is just a little smaller. You'd have to ship it to me here in AZ. National Powersports sent me the Moto2 for $300.. But I knew Billy and he gave me a good deal. Plus a bottle Bulliet bourbon! Hahaha
I'm bbq'ing and getting drunk watching the KC Pathers... Whats this about a bobber?
