1991 Geo Storm GSi (Yea they still exist)

I bought this car in SoCal from the sister of the original owner 3 weeks ago. A friend and I then drove it 4200 miles back to MA (obviously we did Tail Of The Dragon) with out a hiccup.
Its got 215k with no signs of quitting. Not a single spot of rust, OEM exhaust Is spotless!
5 speed of course. All OEM manuals included (owners, repair, electrical) also have a bunch of service records.

A/C is r12 but it works fantastically esp in 104* Dallas traffic. Averaged 30mpg.
Its a fantastic little car but I don't have the room for it.

A few small issues:
A mechanic told us the cv shafts will need doing but they don't click or make noise
Oil leak, not sure where though
Radio doesn't work on FM and it's missing a button
Dash is cracked
Paint needs a good buff and wax
