The dough is really my passion; I use Sandwich spring water only, fresh yeast, premium flour and a very traditional technique. Crust comes out deep brown with a crispy crunch.

The cheese I use is far and away the best one I tried when setting up. It's pricey but really makes a big difference.

The tomatoes are flavorful and sweet on their own. I add no sugar to my sauce (or dough)...doesn't need it.

There's no decent pizza out here in Northern CA and my brother lives in Woods Hole, so I'll most definitely stop in with family next time I'm there.

At home I had the best results with King Arthur bread flour in the blue package. Key at home is using enough water. Most folks feel it sticking to their hands and keep adding flour...which eventually adds too much flour to the recipe.

My neighboring scooter shop Javaspeed (RIP) used to sell TGB Delivery scooter, it even has a heated blanket wired inside the delivery box, they weren't that bad, there was one guy who installed the NOS on his bike...
