    most of the states were 100% against not having their own jurisdictions. If all laws were to be country wide we might not have a United States like we have it today.

    It will prob be a skirt or shorts, but it will be jeans if i ride the bike. Riding in a skirt is asking for much unwanted attention. Riding in shorts like I wear isn't much better.
